Innovating through collaboration

What are we co-creating?

This is not a conventional training programme. Instead, it’s a space to explore ideas, models, and practices, recognising that no single approach can address the complexity of today’s challenges.

Nurturing the Fields of Change is an online programme and community designed for change facilitators. It provides a dynamic space for collaboration, growth, and learning.

Live sessions are held on Zoom and run from January to December each year, with a break for integration in August. Recordings, additional resources and interactive community spaces are hosted on our private circle on the Sutra platform.

Our focus is on holistic change facilitation rooted in transpersonal, depth-psychological, and ecological principles.

Core principles include:

Nurturing the Fields of Change is an experiment. We invited in many ideas, theories, models and practices.

We recognise that when comes to the big questions of our time, no one model or map can reflect the complexity of the challenges we face.

What we do together may be best described as collaborative inquiry and playful sense-making.

We cultivate the relational field, seed topics, invite multiple ways of knowing, and pay attention to what wants to emerge between us.

Embark on a journey of curiosity and connection

Together, we’ll make sense of the world, deepen our connections, and rediscover our inner essence through playful and meaningful inquiry while embracing emergence and curiosity.

The facilitators don’t have all the answers. Instead, they hold space for co-creative exploration, honouring the edges of knowledge and the questions that call to us all.

Thanks to charitable funding, we’re able to offer participation at a greatly reduced cost. If finances are a concern, additional concessions are available to ensure that everyone can join this journey.
