This month we explore the power plays that shape our world, how they influence our perceptions and relationships, and what it takes to stay engaged without collapse or collusion. Drawing on Adam Kahane’s work on power and love and his insights into collaborating across deep divides, we look at how these forces can be balanced to create conditions for transformation rather than stalemate.
